In this episode, I want to share with you two essays I wrote. Both essays are admission essays for my application to start a Doctor of Ministry program at Methodist Theological School in Ohio, the same seminary where I earned my Master of Divinity. The first essay charts my professional growth since graduating from seminary and the second essay answers the question of what my specialization of choice is and what my goals are in starting a Doctor of Ministry program. I share this to give perspective to those who might not know much about the Independent Sacramental Movement and to share my story as I am living it; the story of one cog in the machine that keeps the Independent Sacramental Movement in motion. The episode title, "Do we need more Demons" is a play on words, as D.Min (or Doctor of Ministry) is sometimes jokingly referred to as "Demon" and how "Jesus cast out the "D.Mins."
