In this episode, I had the honor of interviewing the Reverend Tracy Barnowe.

Tracy has been an ordained minister with the United Church of Christ since 2012. She has over 20 years of experience in growing organizations, and she has even started a few. After years as a revitalization minister, teaching growth workshops, and consulting with declining churches, she decided to start a website to get this information to more churches that need help fast.
